Success Truth #2: “Energy does not lie”

All human beings transmit a vibrational frequency (energy) that extends out beyond the physical body that other people can feel.

People FEEL what you are FEELING and this causes them to behave in a certain way. People can feel your true motives behind what you are doing, speaking or writing.

There are many names for this universal principle such as: The Golden Rule, The Law of Attraction, or Karma.

One day, a lady walked into the model home. I greeted her, smiled, showed her the model home, and asked questions like normal. Towards the end, I started to feel fear and desperation bubbling up again. So I was being a little to pushy and aggressive trying to get her to book another sales appointment that day. Result: No sale.The next day the lady returned to our office. I was excited. I thought that is my next sale. However, she asked if she could work with my co-worker instead because she felt uncomfortable with me.  That had never happened to me before in my sales career. So my co-worker became her sales person and the lady bought a home. My co-worker got the $2500 commission check and I did not because my fear-based energy repelled her.

I learned a big lesson that day. I started doing daily spiritual practices to manage my emotions and raise my vibration. It worked!

Just two years later, I sold $9 Million dollars in real estate in one year and I won “Sales person of the year”!
