Hey t’s April. My humble opinion on how entrepreneurs continue to thrive and grow sales despite the Coronavirus and all the changes and closures?

I met Les Brown (world renowned motivational speaker) in 2009.

Les Brown said two things…

1) “You have to be committed to improving yourself.

2) Recessions restores resourcefulness.”

This is relevant right now during the Coronavirus situation.

Here’s my humble opinion on thriving despite the Coronavirus:

– Lean on God, ask for guidance, listen and do what He guides us to do. The answer is waiting on us to be still and quiet our mind enough to hear it.

– Be resourceful, innovative, creative and try alternate routes to grow sales online in a way that serves. You may be on the edge of your greatest breakthrough ever because you are forced to try something different.

– Fear is contagious. When we are afraid of the unknown this triggers fear in our customers/clients and they hold back on spending/buying. How do we feel safe, certainty and peace in the unknown? We can cultivate unshakeable trust in God in ALL things while trying new ways of doing business online. We can find rest in God’s promises.

Want clients to buy? Release the fear. Easier said than done. I get it. Release seeking to control. Surrender more deeply while trying something new.

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” – Isaiah 41:10

Who do you know that is not afraid during this time and is creating new solutions? Get around them. That is contagious too.

– Collaborate. We need each other. We always did. But now we see that more.

Who do you know that is creative, strategic thinking and has strengths that you don’t have to help you?

Who can “see” an alternative route for sales online that we can’t see because we are too close to see it ourselves?

Reach out to them. Ask for help.

Get a fresh perspective and new ideas. Who has your similar customer?

How can you cross promote each other online? This must be a win win win for all.

Final thought…

Trust God. Fear not. Create a new way to build sales that serves. Ask for help if you need it.

As always, I’m taking my own advice.

Let’s be friends. I’m happy to chat anytime.
